About Sasha Vermeil

Sasha was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Shelby Stone Therapy, she worked as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry and she currently also works as a preschool teaching assistant.

Through her work with children, Sasha has developed a genuine interest in fostering growth, confidence, and emotional well-being. Her longstanding interested in psychology and helping others navigate life’s challenges has also led her to participate in equine therapy programs serving children and adults with disabilities. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for individualized care, meaningful therapeutic relationships, and creating environments where people feel understood and supported.

Care Coordinator

As Care Coordinator, Sasha is committed to helping each person feel welcomed and cared for from their first interaction with the practice. With a thoughtful and attentive approach, Sasha assists with administrative and care coordination needs, while helping create a smooth, positive experience for clients throughout their time with the practice.

Sasha is proud to be part of a team that values connection and compassionate care and finds it especially meaningful to help each client feel supported from the very beginning at Shelby Stone Therapy.
