This therapeutic process group offers a supportive and safe environment where parents can share experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build deeper connections with both themselves and their families.

Facilitated by Danielle Peretz, AMFT, the group provides guided discussions and practical strategies to help parents:

  • Reduce stress and burnout through grounding and self-care practices

  • Connect with other parents who truly “get it,” reducing feelings of isolation

  • Strengthen family relationships with new forms of communication and coping tools

  • Balance caregiving with self-care without guilt

  • Navigate the emotional ups and downs of parenting with greater resilience

  • Advocate with confidence in schools, medical settings, and the community

  • Celebrate strengths and milestones while managing ongoing challenges
